Our Leadership

Justin Deckard graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas in 1995. After graduation, he began his career in the investment business with American Express Financial Advisors, where he obtained his securities and insurance licenses. During his tenure there, he received many awards for client service while developing his skills in investment management and financial planning.

Justin joined MCA in 2001 for the opportunity to offer more client-focused and objective advice to his clients within a fee-based firm. Working for a small boutique firm like MCA allows Justin the ability to focus on clients first and thrive in an environment where he can directly shape the investments for his clients. Being in a small firm also gives him the freedom of being able to adapt those investments as markets and clients’ lives change. During his 17 years at MCA, Justin has developed several areas of expertise, including portfolio management, corporate retirement plan design and advice, family legacy planning, and insurance evaluation. He likes the challenge of helping individuals and businesses navigate through the stages of wealth creation, wealth preservation, and ultimately, wealth transfer.

Justin and his wife Mandy enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. One of their goals is to take at least one international trip each year, as well as to explore new places in the U.S.
